Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an Inpatient RN CAP 2 to provide clinically competent care for dialysis patients in a hospital setting. The role involves assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, with opportunities to mentor staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

The position requires RN licensure and CPR/BLS certification, 2+ years nephrology experience (acute dialysis preferred), and the ability to lift up to 200 lbs.

Qualifications

• RN license and CPR/BLS certification required.
• 2+ years nephrology nursing experience; acute dialysis background preferred.
• At least 6 months of acute dialysis experience for supervisory oversight.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist patient mobility in a clinical setting.

• Complete CAP requirements for professional development and may supervise other staff as designated.

Compensation & Benefits: Hourly rate ranges from $39.00 to $55.00, based on qualifications and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and parental leave.
