You will assess patients, monitor vitals, administer medications safely, coordinate care, and partner with a multidisciplinary team to uphold our standards of quality and patient advocacy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure to practice in good standing.
• BLS/BCLS certification within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of employment.
• PALS certification within 90 days if pediatric care is included.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient RN care in a 24/7/365 post-surgical ortho/spine unit (14 beds).
• Assess patient status and monitor cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological systems.
• Describe and interpret monitors; develop and implement an individualized care plan.
• Administer medications safely using the eight rights and document care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality and patient advocacy.
