WVU Medicine is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Level I/II to deliver patient care in an inpatient setting using the nursing process. You will apply clinical knowledge, exercise independent judgment, and support care planning for patients across the lifespan.

Responsibilities include prioritizing diagnoses, mentoring staff, and collaborating with the interprofessional team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. Experience required: 2 years; BSN preferred; BLS and state license required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state where services will be provided or multi-state license via eNLC.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Prioritize patient care using the nursing process and provide safe, high-quality care.
• Mentor colleagues in clinical knowledge, skills, and judgment.
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams to adapt care plans as patient needs change.
• Lead and precept nursing staff; participate in CAPE ladder competencies and ongoing education.
