Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, and education. You will develop care plans, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and support discharge planning to ensure quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Ability to perform assessments, coordinate care, and work effectively within a team.
• ACLS certification required; experience with cardiac drips and stroke education preferred.
• Commitment to compassionate care, safety, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Formulate and implement care plans, including discharge planning and education.
• Deliver direct patient care and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to resolve patient needs.
• Participate in decision-making, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and promote evidence-based practices.
