Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center invites applications for a Staff Nurse (RN) - Adult Inpatient Psychiatry - Night Shift at Harding Hospital. You will provide direct patient care, assess conditions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team within the 18-bed unit on the Harding 5NP floor.

The role requires Ohio RN licensure, a 2-year nursing degree (bachelor’s preferred), and experience in behavioral or acute care settings; a flexible night schedule is available to meet

Qualifications

• 2-year College Degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited program is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited program is preferred.
• Current Ohio license or interim permit is required.
• 2 years of experience in behavioral or acute care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Staff Nurse is responsible for managing and providing care to the patient and family, and for directing and supervising nursing care provided by other members of the patient care team.
