Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center is seeking an RN for the Deaconess 4 Inpatient Psychiatric Unit in Boston. You will deliver direct patient care, coordinate care plans, and educate patients and families using the nursing process.

The role requires 1-3 years of nursing experience, RN licensure, and BLS certification. A BSN is strongly preferred, with ongoing professional development supported within a collaborative, teaching environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• 1-3 years related work experience required.
• License Registered Nurse required.
• American Heart Association – Basic Life support Certificate required.
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and nursing judgments using the nursing process.
• Coordinates the care of patients and directs assistive personnel for safe, patient-centered care.
