Job summary

Consilium Staffing, LLC seeks an IP Psychiatrist for an inpatient unit in Illinois. The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule, flexible start/end times, and a 30-minute lunch break. ASAP start; adults 18+.

No on-call duties and no supervising responsibilities. Approximately 1–2 admissions/discharges weekly; 25 beds total; average length of stay 90–120 days. Travel and lodging will be covered by the employer, making this opportunity suitable for physicians seeking a stable inpatient

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry.
• Experience in adult inpatient psychiatry preferred.
• Ability to manage 18+ adult patient population.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient psychiatric care to adult patients.
• No supervisory duties.
• Coordinate admissions and discharges (1–2 per week).
• No call responsibilities; flexible schedule and 25-bed unit.
