Korzen Health is partnering with a Georgetown area hospital in Austin, TX to recruit a Psychiatrist for a 100% inpatient role. The hospital offers dedicated Adult and Child/Adolescent units and a behavioral health program for active military members, with on-site, in-house staff providing comprehensive mental healthcare.

The successful candidate will join an established team of psychiatrists and PMHNPs, with opportunities for PHP/IOP programming, a flexible patient panel, and a supportive load.

Qualifications

• Inpatient psychiatry experience preferred.
• Experienced in managing admissions and medication decisions.

Responsibilities

• Handle admissions and discharges with shared caseloads.
• Medication management for adult and adolescent patients.
• Participate in a balanced call schedule with the team.
