Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe, structured, therapeutic milieu with age-specific behavioral management.
• Plan, implement and facilitate a variety of group therapy and skill training sessions.
• Model communication, negotiation, problem solving and conflict resolution for patients.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to document and share relevant information.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, feeding and dressing.
