Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in psychiatric patient care.
• Active Texas RN license (TX BON) or multi-state compact license required.

Responsibilities

• Document and reassess significant changes in patient condition per facility policy.
• Prioritize and plan care based on patient assessment and policy.
• Prescribe and coordinate nursing care during the episode of care.
• Comply with infection control measures, OSHA regulations, and risk management.
