Job summary

Freeman Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Psychiatric Inpatient units in Missouri. The role supports Adult and Geri Psych units, providing comprehensive nursing care on a 36-hour weekly full-time night schedule in a 42-bed adult unit and a 10-bed geriatric unit.

You will assess patients and families, implement interventions, and collaborate with the medical team to ensure safe, high-quality care. Missouri RN license or compact state license required.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state.
• If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse’s state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Assess and continuously evaluate the physical, emotional, clinical and psychosocial needs of psychiatric patients and families.
• Plan and implement appropriate interventions and evaluate effectiveness to adjust the care plan.
• Coordinate care with the medical team to ensure safe, effective nursing in the inpatient psych units.
