Job summary

NiteLines USA is seeking a Registered Nurse at Larned State Hospital in Kansas on a 1099 contract.

Openings: 05; pay rate: $42.00 per hour; shifts: All Shifts Available; location: 1301 KS-264, Larned, KS 67550; duration: Long Term.

Candidates must hold a Kansas RN license, CPR, CPI certifications, and comply with hospital policies. Prior inpatient psych experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active Kansas RN license.
• CPI certification within 60 days of employment.
• CPR certification within one month of employment.
• Approved drug test as required by Kansas Department of Administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and document changes in behavior and physical condition.
• Perform nursing assessments and initiate care for high acuity patients.
• Administer medications per physician orders and policy.
• Complete discharge planning and patient education.
• Keep accurate shift reports and progress notes.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and de-escalation procedures.
• Support treatment plans and coordinate with the treatment team.

Education
