Mass General Brigham's McLean SouthEast unit seeks an RN to deliver direct nursing care to inpatients, following the nursing process and hospital standards.

You will assess patient needs, document responses, communicate with the care team, support recovery goals, and participate in multidisciplinary planning.

Requirements include an Associate's Degree in Nursing or BA/BSN, RN license, and 0–1 year clinical experience in nursing; psychiatric experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• RN State License required
• 0-1 year clinical nursing experience required
• Familiarity with nursing process and patient care standards

Responsabilités

• Assess patients' needs using the nursing process.
• Provide immediate and long-term nursing care under standards.
• Delegate care interventions and participate in multidisciplinary treatment plans.
• Communicate findings to the healthcare team and document responses.
• Ensure safe medication administration and review physician orders.
