Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas or compact state.
• BLS certification; ACLS/PALS within 6 months of hire.
• CPI training within 30 days of hire date and annually thereafter.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.
• English proficiency required; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all nursing policies and Texas Board of Nursing rules.
• Provide comprehensive nursing assessments, administer meds, and respond to medical emergencies.
• Coordinate care with physicians, interdisciplinary team, and families.
• Document care thoroughly and maintain safety in a behavioral health setting.
• Deliver patient-centered, culturally competent care across the lifespan.
