Live Well Homecare seeks a registered nurse to provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards in a home-care setting.

You will develop personalized care plans with the healthcare team, educate patients and families, and participate in safety and quality initiatives. An RN license is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a sign-on bonus is offered.
