Job summary

Allegheny Health Network (AHN) seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Inpatient Post-Surgery unit at West Penn Hospital. The role provides post‑op care for bariatric, esophageal, gynecologic oncology, surgical oncology, urology and GI patients, with most stays of 4–5 days.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure via the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• Certification in area of specialty (preferred).
• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
• Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
• Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
• CPR certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in a professional practice setting.

• Completes duties within shift and adheres to hospital policies.
