ENCOMPASS HEALTH REHABILITATION HOSPITAL OF HOUSTON MEDICAL CENTER is seeking a PM&R physician to join our inpatient rehabilitation hospital in downtown Houston. You will manage a medically complex inpatient caseload and potentially develop an outpatient practice.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with state medical license or willingness to obtain state license.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Patient-centered commitment to excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Hospital-based physiatry experience preferred.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Attend inpatient caseload at a high-volume rehabilitation hospital.
• Establish and maintain a private practice to include inpatient and optional outpatient rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with independent billing to retain 100% of billing and collections.
