Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
• Kentucky medical license (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation care and medical management.
• Lead and participate in interdisciplinary team conferences.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize patient functional recovery.
