Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Johnston is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality inpatient rehabilitation. You will assess, design, and implement individualized treatment plans to support patients’ recovery and functional goals.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, documenting progress and adjusting care as needed to optimize outcomes. This role offers strong growth opportunities in a nationally recognized rehabilitation system.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients in need of rehabilitation.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding physical, mental and emotional needs.
• Celebrate every patient victory along the rehabilitation journey.
