Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Johnston is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide dedicated inpatient care and guide patients through their rehabilitation journey with compassionate, evidence-based practices. You will assess, plan, and deliver individualized therapy, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote optimal recovery and functional outcomes for each patient.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient field experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
