Zusammenfassung

City of Hope is seeking a flexible PRN inpatient Physical Therapist in Goodyear, AZ to cover every 3rd Saturday for ~4 hours in the morning. You will deliver individualized care, leveraging therapeutic use of self and collaboration with the rehabilitation team.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, coordinating patient care, and providing patient and caregiver education to optimize function across the care continuum. AZ-licensed PT with BLS and strong communication is required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy (PT) experience.
• Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the State of Arizona.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proficient computer skills and strong communication abilities.

Aufgaben

• Delivers individual comprehensive care to patients using therapeutic use of self and collaboration with therapists.
• Provides leadership and mentoring to rehabilitation staff, coordinating and guiding patient care.
• Educates patients and caregivers to achieve optimal functional outcomes throughout care.
• Cover 3rd Saturday PRN shift (~4 hours in the morning) as needed.
