Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience.
• Must have BS, MS, or DPT from an APTA-accredited program or equivalent per AZ Board.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Arizona.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proficient computer skills and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Delivers individual comprehensive PT care to patients.
• Provides leadership and mentoring to rehabilitation staff.
• Coordinates and guides patient care and caregiver education.
• Collaborates with therapists to optimize function across the continuum of care.
