Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop inpatient PT treatment programs based on physician orders.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to determine most appropriate post-acute or home care plan.
• Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure treatment protocols support hospital quality and patient safety targets.
• Adapt approaches to diverse patient populations while maintaining privacy and professional conduct.
• Other duties as assigned as part of the job scope.
