Job summary

St. Peter's Health Partners in Schenectady, NY, is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapist for our inpatient rehab unit at Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital. Join a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based care to patients with CVA, SCI, LE amputation, orthopedics, and cardiopulmonary conditions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program with a Bachelor of Science, Master's degree or Clinical Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
• Current NYS Physical Therapy license and registration.
• 1 year of Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Document treatments and patient progress according to policies.
• Evaluate, diagnose, prognosis and intervene to maximize functional outcomes.
• Complete all documentation in accordance with standards.
