Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team in Arlington, TX. You will deliver direct patient care, assess needs, and create personalized care plans that guide patients on the path to recovery, while collaborating with nurses and therapists to coordinate care.

You will supervise treatments, monitor progress, and communicate with patients and families to keep them informed and engaged in therapy.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by taking time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
• Celebrate every victory along the way.

Education

Master's Degree preferred
