Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will provide direct patient care in our well-equipped PT gyms, assess progress, and develop personalized treatment plans to help patients regain function.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in physical therapy (required or preferred).
• Current state licensure to practice physical therapy.
• CPR certification required.
• Bachelor's degree with demonstrated clinical experience may be acceptable in lieu of a higher degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients.
• Supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Address patient concerns and monitor progress throughout rehabilitation.
• Celebrate patient progress and outcomes with the care team.
