Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver direct inpatient care and lead patient assessments within our rehabilitation gyms. You will develop personalized care plans and address patient concerns to promote optimal recovery.

You’ll work with a dedicated care team, building strong patient relationships and applying compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive environment that emphasizes growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
