Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Mechanicsburg is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide direct inpatient physical therapy, assess and plan patient care, and build meaningful relationships to support recovery. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care in a dynamic setting.

The role requires active state licensure, CPR certification, and a degree in physical therapy (Master’s preferred or Bachelor’s with experience).

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
