Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Tinton Falls seeks a Physical Therapist to provide direct inpatient care, assess patients, and develop personalized treatment plans to support recovery and progress.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress along the rehabilitation journey.
