Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Tinton Falls is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality inpatient rehab care. You’ll work in well-equipped gyms with advanced technology, with opportunities for professional growth and comprehensive benefits from day one.

You will provide direct inpatient PT services, supervise treatments, and develop personalized plans while building strong patient relationships and celebrating progress along the rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients requiring physical therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
• Celebrate every victory along the way.
