Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Braintree is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to contribute to a patient-centered rehabilitation team. You will deliver high-quality inpatient therapy, assess and tailor treatment plans, and support patients throughout their recovery journey with empathy and expertise.

Ideal candidates hold current licensure, CPR certification, and preferably a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy preferred, or Bachelor's Degree with sufficient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients.
• Supervise care and treatments; lead patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
• Celebrate progress and milestones with patients and their families.
