Qualifications

• Current state license in Physical Therapy (PT)
• BLS (CPR) certification required or within 30 days of hire
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients requiring physical therapy
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and develop personalized care plans
• Build meaningful patient relationships by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery
