Qualifications

• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings is preferred.
• Must hold a current State Physical Therapy license.
• BLS (CPR) certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

• Supervise care, conduct assessments, and develop personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful patient relationships to support their recovery.
• Support patients through their rehabilitation journey and celebrate progress.
