Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Franklin is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide direct inpatient care, lead patient assessments, and develop personalized care plans. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to guide patients through their rehabilitation journey and monitor progress.

Qualified candidates hold current licensure, CPR certification, and preferably a Master's degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans.
• Address patient concerns and build meaningful relationships to support recovery.
