Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Reading is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality inpatient care and guide patients through their rehabilitation journeys.

You will assess patients, develop personalized care plans, and work closely with a compassionate team to support recovery, celebrate progress, and advance your professional growth within a supportive environment.

Competenze

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience.

Mansioni

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients.
• Supervise care and treatments and develop care plans.
• Assess patients and address concerns to support recovery.
• Build relationships with patients and celebrate progress.
