Encompass Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide inpatient care, assess patients, and develop personalized care plans. You will work closely with a rehab team to support recovery and monitor progress, ensuring compassionate and high-quality care.

The role emphasizes licensure, CPR certification, and a preferred Master’s degree or relevant Bachelor's degree with experience, within a collaborative national post-acute care network.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsabilités

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.

Formation

Master's Degree preferred
