Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor.
• One year of experience preferred.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct Physical Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, documentation, and communication.
• Functions under a physician's order.
