Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations and provides inpatient physical therapy treatment programs to achieve patient goals.
• Assess patient response to treatment and adjust plans to improve outcomes and safety.
• Maintain patient records per policies and documentation standards.
• Ensure treatment protocols support hospital quality and safety targets.
