Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient abilities and develop personalized treatment plans with physicians and care team.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore movement and reduce pain.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, techniques, and safe practices.
• Collaborate across disciplines for cohesive, patient-centered care and smooth recovery.
