Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Albuquerque is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our inpatient team. You will deliver high-quality, compassionate care, supervise treatments, assess patient progress, and develop personalized rehabilitation plans in a well-equipped setting.

You'll work with a supportive, multidisciplinary team, benefit from ongoing education, and participate in a culture that values empathy, growth, and patient outcomes. Licensure and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state or as required by regulation.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery across physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Celebrate patient progress and outcomes throughout the rehabilitation journey.
