Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Albuquerque is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a compassionate team delivering direct inpatient care and guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey.

You will supervise treatments, perform patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and build meaningful relationships to support recovery. Licensure and CPR certification are required; a Master’s degree is preferred or Bachelor’s degree with experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients requiring physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments and personalized care plans.
• Building relationships with patients to support recovery.
