Halifax Health | Brooks Rehabilitation Center for Inpatient Rehabilitation in Daytona Beach is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate new patients, establish personalized treatment plans and goals, and contribute to interdisciplinary care.

You will deliver high-quality rehabilitation across multiple diagnoses, engage patients in evidence-based care, and communicate effectively with patients and team members to promote optimal outcomes. Florida licensure and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Current Florida PT license is required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience preferred; new grads considered.
• Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements.

Responsabilités

• Complete the new patient evaluation, establish customized treatment plans and patient goals, and participate in implementation of patient care programs.
• Deliver high quality patient care for multiple rehabilitation diagnoses.
• Provide a positive patient experience through patient engagement and progressive treatment.
• Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Promote evidence-based patient care.
