Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency seeks an inpatient rehabilitation physical therapist to provide comprehensive care for adults and geriatric patients within an integrated, patient-centered setting.

You will evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based treatments aimed at functional recovery, mobility, safety, and discharge readiness, while educating patients and families and coordinating with the multidisciplinary team.
