Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex laboratory testing with accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze, interpret, and validate test results for patient care.
• Operate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments.
• Identify and resolve technical, procedural, and quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality control, QA, infection control and safety.
• Organize workload to meet turnaround times and performance targets.
• Support training and mentoring of staff and students.
• Assist in evaluation and implementation of new procedures and instruments.
• Maintain supplies and promote a collaborative patient-focused environment.
