Responsibilities include preparing medication orders, supporting inventory management, sterile and non-sterile compounding, and utilizing electronic systems. The technician serves as a resource, assisting with complex issues and training staff, while maintaining quality assurance and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, 2-5 years of experience, and relevant licenses and certifications. Preferred qualifications include 5-10 years of experience and advanced skills in sterile compounding and process improvement. The position offers Monday to Friday daytime shifts and opportunities to expand oncology pharmacy expertise.
