Job summary

Marion Health in Indiana is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist pharmacists and managers in filling, compounding, dispensing medications, and performing medication reconciliation. Under pharmacist supervision, you may cover the retail pharmacy technician duties as needed.

The role requires licensure, and certification within two years of hire. The position involves day shifts with potential weekend rotations and a supportive hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• State of Indiana Pharmacy Technician License.
• Must obtain CPhT, NRCPhT or ExCPT certification within two years of initial employment and maintain certification once obtained.

Job Summary

Assist the pharmacist and managers in filling, compounding, and dispensing of medications and medication reconciliation. Will assist in covering the retail pharmacy technician as needed by managers.

• Ability to be discreet and protect the integrity of any confidential matter or information encountered during the performance of job duties.

Working Conditions
