Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience as a pharmacy technician; 5–10 years preferred.
• State Board Pharmacy Registration and Pharmacy Tech Certification required.
• Proficiency in sterile and non-sterile compounding, inventory control, and electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing medication orders, including sterile and non-sterile compounding.
• Support inventory management, storage, and ordering activities.
• Ensure quality assurance standards and regulatory compliance.
• Operate and maintain electronic and automated systems, including documentation and record-keeping.
• Train staff, handle complex tasks, and serve as a departmental resource for resolving issues.
• Contribute to workflow improvements and process enhancements within the pharmacy.
