Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a Pharmacy Technician II in Miramar, FL. The role supports licensed pharmacists in distributive services, dispensing, and sterile/non-sterile compounding while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualified candidates will have inpatient experience and a High School diploma with PTCB certifications (ACPHT/CPHT/EXCPT) and FL license. This position offers a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 and an evening shift. We value accuracy, teamwork and patient safety.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required).
ACPHT, CPHT, EXCPT certifications required or in progress as applicable.
Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPT) license with the State of Florida.
Minimum one year of inpatient pharmacy technician experience.
Eligible for sign-on bonus up to $5K based on qualifications.

Responsibilities

Trains, leads and serves as a resource to other technicians to help manage daily workflow.
Perform duties of Technician I and II as required.
Execute pharmacy projects or reports under supervision of leadership.
Demonstrate proficiency in specialty areas (neonates, oncology, automation, auditing, reimbursement, TPN, inventory).
Assist in process improvement, quality and safety initiatives.
