Job summary

Henry Ford Health, based in Detroit, Michigan, seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support inpatient pharmacy operations. You will assist pharmacists, enter orders, and ensure timely preparation and delivery of medications within a high-acuity setting.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician License from the State of Michigan.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard and type approximately 25 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Receive and enter medication orders into the pharmacy computer system.
• Prepare medications and labels for dispensing.
• Deliver medications to patient care areas.
• Maintain drug inventory in dispensing areas.
• Maintain appropriate records and process medication charges for services rendered.
