Job summary

The role requires licensure, and certification within two years of hire. The position involves day shifts with potential weekend rotations and a supportive hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• State of Indiana Pharmacy Technician License.
• Must obtain CPhT, NRCPhT or ExCPT certification within two years of initial employment and maintain certification once obtained.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist and managers in filling, compounding, and dispensing medications.
• Perform medication reconciliation under supervision.
• Cover the retail pharmacy technician role as needed by managers.
